Welcome to Starke Extended Stays & Campground! To ensure everyone enjoys their time with us, please review our policies. These guidelines are designed to create a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.

Motel stay guidelines

For our motel guests, please note that check-in is available from 3 PM onwards until 8 PM. Check-out is promptly at 11 AM. We kindly request that rooms are maintained in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay, reflecting our property standards. Our staff reserves the right to inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness.

* Cancellation of reservation must be done 24 hours prior to        
   check in time to avoid one night penalty 

* Weekly motel room are to maintain sanitary conditions to      
   avoid non renewal of their room or campsite renewal 

* Any guest that disturbers other guest would be considered    
   nuisance and will not be renewed 

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that doesn’t follow    
   our policy and guidelines. Motel also reserves the right to inspect    
   rooms on weekly basis to assure that our guests are following safety    
   and cleanliness standards as required.

Visitor and guest registration

We Do Not allow unregistered visitors at our property. However, to maintain safety and security for all, all visitors must be notified and registered prior to their arrival. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in non-renewal of your stay or even forced check-out without any refunds. Your cooperation helps us ensure a secure environment for everyone.

Visitors Policy

We DO NOT allow visitors in this property without them being registered at the front desk/kiosk. Unregistered guest would be considered as a trespasser and will be trespassed from the property.

 

Check Out Policy & Renewal

Our Check out time is 11AM daily. All guests are to renew their room stay before 11AM or are required to check out by or prior to their checkout time. Failure to do so will result into $25 late fee up till 11:30 AM. Any later than 11:30 AM will result in a full night’s charge per that day (Based on availability). If the rooms not available you will be forced checked out with the penalty.

 

Weekly Stay Policy

The weekly stay is conditional upon a minimum 7 day stay. Should you decide to check out early? You will be charged daily BAR rate plus tax. Management must be made aware of all room occupants. Unregistered guests are a cause for removal from property. Rent is due on the morning of the last day of your stay. A $50 late fee will be incurred after 11AM. To avoid late fees, you may pay a day prior to your due date. Our hotel reserves the right to ask you to leave at any time, for any reason. Occupancy by all guest is intended to be temporary. This contract is not to be construed as a rental agreement & does not create any of tenancy under chapter 83, Florida Statutes. Rate will change during special events, holidays or anytime it’s necessary for revenue purposes.

 

Common area & Breezeways Policy

We require all of our to keep the breezeways free from any obstruction. Guest/children are not allowed to run on the breezeways or on any of our property area.

Stay Over & Weekly room cleaning service policy & fees

Stay over rooms are cleaned every 3rd day and all weekly stay rooms are cleaned once per week. Extra cleaning is available upon request for a $15 fee per cleaning.

Pet policy

Please be advised that Starke Extended Stays & Campground is a pet-free establishment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, which helps us maintain a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all our guests.
